Rich has called Jacksonville, Florida his home since 2008 after retiring from the US Navy as a Chief Petty Officer. Rich now serves the Jacksonville community as a Program Manager for Operation New Uniform (ONU). ONU assists Veterans, transitioning Service Members, and Mil/Vet Spouses with Career Readiness.
